SwayLOC for RZR XP models

We have been building our SwayLOC dual rate swaybars for Jeeps for over 15 years now, however its been just over a year since we jumped head first into the side by side market.

From the tight trails of the Smokey Mountains to the scenic views of the Sierra Nevadas or the majestic beauty of southern Utah, the RZR SwayLOCs have been put to the test repeatedly and continue to perform trip after trip.

With our torsion bar inside a torsion bar design the SwayLOC combines both a rigid high speed swaybar and a flexible offroad swaybar in a package that simply replaces the stock swaybar. A sliding latch ties both of the torsion bars together to deliver an aggressive high speed swaybar. When the latch is slid open the inner bar will flex allowing the RZR to achieve its full range of articulation while keeping the tires on the ground.

While the Jeep versions utilize either our pneumatic latch system or the simple manual “Flip a Lever” design, the RZR applications utilize an electric actuator to select either the firm or flexible modes. Simply flip the rocker switch while your driving and the latch will slide to disengage or return to the locked position.

We are working on applications for other models as well. Currently have test units on the Turbo S models, and soon on the Canam X3 models and we are eagerly awaiting the Honda Talon models to hit to the showrooms to outfit these as well.
