SwayLOC dual-rate swaybars for Jeeps are time tested and proven. We have offered the RZR XP 1000, SwayLOC models for over a year. It’s time to add more models to the list!

Effective Immediately, RZR Turbo S and Honda Talon side-by-side applications ready for you to purchase!

Our kits are 100% bolt and can be installed by anyone with a basic set of hand-tools. Our system mounts in the same area as the stock rear swaybar.

For the Turbo S model, we incorporate reinforcing brackets we developed for the XP kits. This not only mounts the swaybar to the stock location, but it also offers a pair of extra clamp mounting points on each bracket to spread the load over the chassis better.

The Turbo S kits reuse the stock linkage and shock protectors to connect to the SwayLOC to the Turbo S control arms.

For the Talon, the supplied clamshell mounting brackets position the bar with the poly bushings in the stock location. New hardware and this setup is a quick, easy bolt-together setup. As with the Turbo S, the Talon reuses the stock linkage to the control arms. This kit will work on all Honda Talon Models. (2 and 4 seats, X and R models.)

With our torsion bar inside a torsion bar design, the SwayLOC combines both a rigid high-speed swaybar and a flexible offroad swaybar in a package that replaces the stock swaybar. A sliding latch ties both of the torsion bars together to deliver an aggressive high-speed swaybar. When the latch is slid open, the inner bar will flex, allowing the RZR to achieve its full range of articulation while keeping the tires on the ground.

While the Jeep versions utilize either our pneumatic latch system or the simple manual “Flip a Lever” design, the RZR applications use an electric actuator to select either the firm or flexible modes. Flip the rocker switch while your driving and the latch will slide to disengage or return to the locked position.

A little comparison. On this Turbo S, the tires drove into the same tracks. Notice how the rear arms are less parallel when in flexible mode, and more parallel when in the high-speed mode.
